Private Functions
Theydon Bois Golf Club is ideally suited for weddings, dinner dances and family celebrations. The spacious room provides sweeping views of the golf course and can be set up to cater for many different styles and size of function, seating up to 120 guests with dance floor or 150 guests for a buffet style event. There is ample parking in the Club's private car park adjacent to the clubhouse.
We are very fortunate at Theydon to have the ideal caterers. Our Chef is widely experienced in preparing food for any occasions. He has over the years gathered an efficient, very polite and cheerful team of waitresses who will serve your every need whether it is as a bride or party organiser. Because of his own ability and efficiency he is able to offer you meals at very reasonable prices without any reduction in quality. Please browse our current dinner menus or buffet menus or, if you wish to discuss alternative dishes to those offered, the caterers will be happy to consider your suggestions
The Crystal Brook Bar will provide the perfect reception area. For formal occasions our bar staff will prepare and serve a liquid welcome of your choice. The bar has been designed to promote warmth and friendliness; tasteful decorations and variable lighting to suit the occasion have achieved this. Wines can be selected from our current wine list or a more extensive selection is available for our suppliers if required.
