Back to the “old nine” and a return to the Forest. Recent tree clearance may tempt you to have a go at this green from tee; don’t. It is 222 yards to fly the hedge that runs in front of the green and is normally into the prevailing wind (not that you will notice as you are now enclosed in the Forest again). Stick with 4-5 iron tee shot aimed slightly left of centre (that has a flatter lie). A 9 iron 2nd shot should yield birdie chance. Small green. 5 here will not feel good.
