Dress Code

As far as dress rules for the course are concerned, we expect normal casual attire, something comfortable yet tidy. Tracksuits, Denims, Jeans, any collarless shirts or T- shirts are not acceptable. We do expect to see all shirts tucked into the trousers at the waist, whilst trousers should not be tucked into socks at any time.

Shorts may be worn providing they are of a single colour and of a tailored style. For example Those with a hemmed bottom usually with a pocket fitted. These shorts should be no shorter than 3" above the knee and should not extend below the knee. Multi-coloured 'Bermuda' type shorts are not permitted.

Golf shoes must be worn on the course at all times. No trainers are permitted. You may wear long or short sock with shorts but these should be predominately white in colour. Ladies are expected to observe all the above rules which are relevant to them and which are extended to preclude sun tops and sleeveless tops.

In the clubhouse smart clean casual wear is acceptable during the day but it is normal for jackets and ties to be worn when using the area designated for dining after 6pm. The Club Manager only can approve, any deviation from this particular rule.

It should be noted that golf shoes, trainers and hats of any kind are not to be worn in the clubhouse.

Clean tailored shorts may be worn in the clubhouse with predominantly white socks until 6pm.

Note: For the comfort of all concerned, the use of mobile phones is not permitted on the course, in the clubhouse or the surrounding areas.   Please ensure that they are turned off at all times and should only be used in an emergency.

A public phone is available for use in the clubhouse.
